No-nonsense returns/refunds policy
It's important to us that you're happy with your Boho Tranquility Co purchase. If you're not totally satisfied, please contact us at bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com.
All Boho Tranquility Co are created with love & care. Every order is checked before being packaged & sent out. All orders are packed with love, care & cleansed before sending them off to their new home.
We will accept product returns and provide you with a replacement, refund or repair of reasons valid, such as:
- The product is damaged/faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
- The product does not match its sample or description.
DAMAGES / FAULTY - if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us at bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com with evidence to help us investigate the issue and provide you with the appropriate outcome.
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT - However, regardless how much Boho Tranquility Co puts into their products & packaging, from time to time there will be damages during the shipping process. If this occurs, please contact Boho Tranquility Co via email bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Detailed information including your order number, photos of the damaged stock & the packaging it came in are required to be sent.
Further more, all parcels are sent via AusPost which includes shipping insurance for the entire order value. Before refunds or store credits are issued by Boho Tranquility Co, AusPost require the receiver to take the damaged items INCLUDING the box & packaging into a local post office where an AusPost employee can assess the situation. This policy/procedure is enforced by AusPost. Boho Tranquility Co cannot process any refunds or store credits until the situation has been assessed by AusPost. Boho Tranquility Co endeavours to rectify all issues as quickly as possible, however, it is required that all parties work together to come to a conclusion.
REFUNDS - Refunds are NOT issued for 'change of mind.' Please purchase carefully & ensure the items you claim are what you want. Our website product descriptions are made to ensure that you know as much as possible about the product before purchasing.
If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us at bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com to discuss your request.
NOTE: refunds will not be approved if your reason is not of an appropriate nature. Example: "I'm not feeling it, the energy just isn't right anymore." is NOT a valid reason.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process & post the refund too. We will give you a full refund of the price of the goods that are returned with proof of purchase and, if possible, the packaging.
If the returns criteria are not fully met, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange or gift card.
RETURNS - All claims/returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
For any returns please do not hesitate to contact us at bohotranquilityco@hotmail.com. Returned items can only be accepted if they are still sealed, unused & in a good resalable condition.
Strictly NO returns or exchanges for discontinued products.
A refund will be issued for the returned items. Please note, a 10% restocking fee may apply for any goods returned that are of resalable condition.
EXCHANGES - Boho Tranquility Co does NOT accept exchanges for change of mind. Please purchase carefully. Exchanges can be made for products that may be received by accident/mistake, damaged or faulty.
Example: you ordered a pink keychain and received a blue one instead.
