SALE CODES & STOREWIDE SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions before placing an order during a sale or when using a discount code.

STOREWIDE SALES

Storewide sale discounts are automatically applied at checkout unless otherwise stated. No discount code is required.

Please allow additional processing time during storewide sales due to increased order volumes. Processing times may extend to approximately 10–15 business days before dispatch.

All orders are handmade and/or packed with care, and we appreciate your patience during busy promotional periods.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes include:

- Brand Representative codes

- Promotional codes

- Subscriber or loyalty codes

- Any other discount code provided by Boho Tranquility Co that requires manual entry at checkout

Discount codes must be entered correctly at checkout for the discount to apply.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once an order has been placed.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with another promotional offer, storewide sale, Bundle & Save Deal, or other discount code.

SALE & DISCOUNT EXCLUSIONS

Unless specifically stated otherwise, storewide sales and discount codes exclude:

- Mystery Boxes and Mystery Items

- Gift Cards

- Collection Bundles

- Bundle & Save Deals

- Clearance Items

- Selected already reduced or promotional items

Additional exclusions may apply to individual promotions and will be stated within the relevant sale advertising where applicable.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

Items marked CLEARANCE are currently reduced by up to 75% off and may be priced below cost.

For this reason, no additional storewide sale discount, discount code, Bundle & Save Deal, or promotional offer can be applied to Clearance Items unless specifically stated otherwise.

Clearance stock may be limited and is available only while stocks last.

BUNDLE & SAVE DEALS

Bundle & Save Deals cannot be combined with storewide sales or discount codes.

Bundle & Save pricing is already discounted and is therefore excluded from additional promotional offers unless specifically stated otherwise.

During storewide sales or other promotional periods, Bundle & Save offers may be temporarily deactivated on discounted or sale items.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement.

Use code PICKUP at checkout to remove the applicable postage charge.

Please leave a note with your order confirming that you would like to collect your purchase.

Once your order is complete and ready for collection, you will be contacted to arrange a suitable pickup time.

Please do not arrive to collect your order until you have received confirmation that it is ready.

LOYALTY REWARDS

Loyalty Rewards are subject to the following redemption conditions:

FREE SHIPPING — 250 POINTS

Removes the standard $12 shipping fee only. Any additional, upgraded, express, oversized or applicable shipping charges are not included unless otherwise stated.

$20 OFF — 500 POINTS

Minimum order spend of $50 required for the reward to apply.

$30 OFF — 750 POINTS

Minimum order spend of $70 required for the reward to apply.

$50 OFF — 1,000 POINTS

Minimum order spend of $100 required for the reward to apply.

50% OFF — 1,500 POINTS

Minimum order spend of $150 required for the reward to apply.

Minimum spend requirements are calculated against eligible products and must be met for the relevant reward to apply.

Loyalty Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes, storewide sale offers or promotional discounts unless specifically stated otherwise.

GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

Sale prices, promotional offers and discount codes are valid only for the advertised promotional period and while eligible stock remains available.

Boho Tranquility Co reserves the right to:

- Correct pricing or promotional errors

- Amend or withdraw a promotion where necessary

- Exclude selected products from promotional offers

- Temporarily deactivate conflicting discounts or Bundle & Save offers during promotional periods

Placing an order during a promotional period constitutes acceptance of these Sale & Discount Terms & Conditions.
