How to Apply
Getting started is simple.

Tell us a little about your business, where you're located, and the types of products you're interested in stocking. Once approved, we'll provide pricing information, product guides, and ordering details.
Wholesale Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
$200 AUD excluding shipping
We understand every business is different. If you're interested in stocking bulk quantities of selected products but don't quite meet the MOQ, please contact us to discuss available options.
Wholesale Pricing
Approved stockists receive:
- Standard Wholesale Rate: 50% off Recommended Retail Price (RRP)
- Promotional discounts and incentives may be offered throughout the year.
Example:
If a product has an RRP of $50, your wholesale cost is $25.
Wholesale pricing is calculated from the standard RRP, not sale pricing.
Ordering Process
- Submit your wholesale application.
- Once approved, email your order requirements, including scent selections and product quantities.
- We will confirm availability and production requirements.
- An invoice will be issued.
- Once payment has been received in full, production will commence.
Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods:
- Bank Transfer
- PayPal
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your invoice.
Production will not commence until payment has been received in full.
If payment has not been received by the due date and no communication has been made, the invoice may be cancelled and the order forfeited.
Production & Dispatch Timeframes
As all products are handmade to order, please allow:
- 2–4 weeks for production and dispatch
- Additional time may be required during peak periods or if supplies need to be sourced
If extended production times are anticipated, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, please allow approximately:
- 4–10 business days for delivery within Australia
Shipping Information
Shipping costs are calculated once your order has been completed and packaged.
We proudly pass on our Australia Post business shipping discounts and do not add additional handling or profit margins to freight charges.
All wholesale orders are shipped with:
- Tracking
- Full transit insurance
Local pickup and local delivery options may be available by arrangement.
A separate shipping invoice will be issued once freight costs have been calculated. Shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours before dispatch can occur.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. Boho Tranquility Co is not responsible for redirection fees, delivery delays, or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our products being handmade specifically for each order:
- Order cancellations are not accepted once production has commenced.
- Change of mind refunds are not available.
Product Resale Policy
Boho Tranquility Co products must:
- Remain in their original packaging.
- Be sold under the Boho Tranquility Co brand name.
- Retain all safety labels, instructions, and branding.
Products must not:
- Be relabelled.
- Be repackaged.
- Be modified in any way.
- Be represented as another brand's product.
Failure to comply may result in the immediate cancellation of your wholesale account.
Website & Online Sales
Approved stockists are welcome to sell Boho Tranquility Co products online.
Product listings must clearly identify the products as being from Boho Tranquility Co.
You are welcome to create your own product descriptions or use ours as inspiration.
Retail Pricing
RRPs listed on our website are intended as a guide.
Retailers may adjust pricing to suit their market; however:
- Products must not be advertised below the recommended retail price unless clearly marked as part of a sale or promotion.
- We reserve the right to adjust wholesale and retail pricing at any time.
Damaged Items, Returns & Exchanges
As our products are handmade, slight variations may occur between batches.
If goods arrive damaged:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include photographs of both the damage and packaging.
Returns and exchanges for change of mind are not accepted.
Marketing & Product Photography
Approved stockists are welcome to use images from our website and social media channels to promote Boho Tranquility Co products.
We kindly ask that you tag and credit @bohotranquilityco whenever possible.
All images remain the intellectual property of Boho Tranquility Co.
Exclusivity
Wholesale approval does not automatically include territorial exclusivity.
Requests for exclusivity may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require a separate agreement outlining expectations, stock levels, promotional commitments, and ongoing requirements.
Wholesale Account Termination
Boho Tranquility Co reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at our discretion if:
- Terms and conditions are breached.
- Products are misrepresented.
- Brand integrity is compromised.
- Business circumstances change.
Product Care
Important: Candles, wax melts, and other wax-based products should always be stored away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Exposure to heat may cause discolouration, sweating, softening, or melting.
