MELTS - 100% Natural & Plant-Based Soy Wax

Paraben/Phthalates/cruelty free & Vegan friendly. Because of the wax we use, frosting (white coating on the wax) is a common natural effect that can occur. This is simply a cosmetic thing & does not affect the quality of your candle/melt, the scent throw or burn. As each candle/melt is hand poured, slight variations or imperfections may occur. Other discolouration can occur due to the fragrance oils mixing with the wax, especially the oils that contain Vanillin. All candles/melts are made triple scented using the highest quality fragrance oils to ensure maximum scent throw.

All our fragrances are manufactured by our own fragrance supplier, using high-quality ingredients sourced both locally & around the globe. Their stringent quality control & testing ensures the highest standard of fragrances are produced. All fragrances are vegan-friendly & free of parabens & phthalates. This means our fragrances are low-tox & safe to use. 

We do stock essential oil based fragrances as well. This is mentioned on the fragrance options.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Avoid burning candle for more than 4hrs at any 1 time. This ensures the longest burn time for your candle. When a candle is burned for more than 4hrs at any 1 time, the vessel heats up to the hotter than recommended temperature, resulting in the wax melting faster.
• Trim wick 1/4" before lighting- Place candle on a stable, heatproof surface ensuring it is clear from any flammable objects.
• Keep candle out of reach from children & pets.
• Remove any decor from the top of the candle before lighting. This is a precaution to prevent any of the decorations catching alight.
• Remove any debris or soot before each use.
• To avoid "tunneling" allow enough time for melted wax to reach the edges.

• Only use melts in warmers approved for wax melts
• Do NOT add water.
• Ensure burner is placed on a flat, stable, heat proof surface, away from drafts & any flammable objects.
• Do NOT burn your wax warmer for more than 4hours at a time
• Keep out of reach from children & pets.
• Do NOT leave burner on unattended. Ensure to turn off warmer/put out tealight before leaving.
• You can reuse your wax melts until the scent has faded. Once faded, remove wax residue & add new wax melt.

Ethanol FREE / Vegan friendly / Non-DG.

• Before use: Remove screw cap, remove bung, place screw cap back on
• Place on a stable surface. Use a coaster or plate to put diffuser on to prevent oil drops from damaging surfaces
• Do NOT light the reed sticks- Keep out of reach from children & pets
• Reed diffusers will last around 3-4 months, sometimes even longer. This however is an estimate due to room size, air conditioning, closed doors, heat, humidity, etc will determine the life span of the diffuser. Best kept in a draught free, shady & cool environment for the best outcome of lifespan.
• To promote a strong fragrance, flip the reeds weekly, give the base a swirl & prevent the reeds from clogging up with dust.
• Note: All Reed Diffusers come with 10 reed sticks. 
• Use FIVE reed sticks at a time. If the Reed Diffuser is for a large space (eg. open plan living lounge/dining/ kitchen) use all 10 sticks.
• If you feel that going by the Reed Diffuser Care & Instructions is no longer helping with the fragrance throw, change the reed sticks over.

HANGING CAR DIFFUSERS

• HOW TO: Remove from packaging. Remove the wooden bead from the cords. Remove bamboo lid. Remove plug. Screw bamboo lid on. Tip the car diffuser upside down for several seconds to soak the bamboo lid with the fragrance. Return upright. Place plug back into glass bottle. CAREFULLY place the cords around your rear vision mirror ensuring you put the wooden bead back how it was. Tie a knot in the cords for extra hold. Repeat steps to refresh the fragrance.

  • Before use: Remove screw bamboo lid, remove bung (do not discard), place screw bamboo lid back on.
  • Tip upside down to allow the fragrance to absorb into the bamboo lid. This only takes a couple of seconds. You'll see the bamboo lid darken in colour meaning it is now wet. Do NOT over saturate.
  • PLACE BUNG BACK IN GLASS BOTTLE! This helps prevent any excess leakages & heavy saturation of the bamboo lid. 
  • To freshen up the fragrance, give hanging diffuser a swirl; be careful not to spill any oil. Repeat above step to re-soak the bamboo lid.
  • Keep out of reach from children & pets
  • Do NOT leave diffuser laying down. Ensure diffuser is hanging at all times or leakage will occur.
  • Do NOT allow the diffuser to be touching any plastics or surfaces. 
  • If being used in your car, do NOT obstruct driver visibility.
  • Avoid contact with face, eyes, textiles & furnishings.
  • ENSURE YOU DO NOT SPILL THE OIL.
  • For safe hanging, tie a knot using the cord & put the wooden bead above the knot. This will help hold the knot & prevent the diffuser from falling.

HOW TO: Remove from packaging. Remove bamboo lid. Remove plug. Attach car vent clip with the circle going over the neck of the glass ensuring the back of the vent clip will sit flush with the glass (see photos in product listing for reference). Screw bamboo lid on. CAREFULLY place the 2 reed sticks through the holes on the bamboo lid. Clip Car Diffuser on your aircon vents in your car! 

ENSURE YOU DO NOT SPILL THE OIL.

Each crystal is cleansed to remove any negative energies & to promote the highest ability of the crystals unique properties.

All our products are infused with positive vibes & affirmations, made with a mix of consciously sourced, activated & cleansed materials & ingredients. We take pride in knowing that all our products are made with the highest quality of materials & ingredients.

Crystals: These can be removed from our products & cleaned simply by using warm water & dried using a paper towel. Place wherever you desire (trinket dishes are our customers favourite place).

Shells & other decorations not listed above: Most of our decorations can be cleaned & then used for whatever you desire.
